PARADIGM Sells Milwaukee Office Building

PARADIGM Real Estate represented Horatio Properties LLC in the purchase of a 25,000 SF multi-story office building at 826 North Plankinton Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 826 Plankinton LLC.  The buyer is controlled by partner of the OVB Law & Consulting S.C., who will occupy the 6th floor of the building overlooking the Milwaukee River.  The building will allow for future growth of the law firm while the remainder of the building is rented to other office tenants, including a specialized Walgreen’s pharmacy.
