U.S. Industrial Market: 2024 ends strong
The U.S. industrial real estate market closed 2024 on a high note, with a 6.7% vacancy rate, well below the 10-year pre-pandemic average, and Q4 absorption reaching 36.8 million SF. Overall, despite a slight market softening demonstrated by an increase in vacancy rate by .1%, Southeastern Wisconsin’s industrial real estate sector demonstrated resilience with positive absorption and rising lease rates in Q4 2024.
