Phoenix West Milwaukee Industrial Investors, LLC acquired the former Rexnord West Milwaukee Campus, located at 4701 W Greenfield Avenue, West Milwaukee, in a transaction that closed on January 30, 2025. This significant industrial real estate deal marks a new chapter for the property, which has been a longstanding presence in the West Milwaukee market.
The acquired property spans approximately 753,076 square feet and covers 56.02 acres, making it a substantial addition to Phoenix Investors’ portfolio.
PARADIGM Real Estate Corp. represented the seller, Rexnord Industries, LLC, with a team led by Brian Parrish, MBA, SIOR, Matt Friedman, and Jim Johnson. On behalf of the buyers, Tyler Easley of Savills facilitated the purchase.
