Sawalk Enterprises LLC, an affiliate of NeoBrake Systems, purchased the former Superior Die Set Corporation property in Oak Creek. The manufacturing facility located at 900 W Drexel Avenue includes a 131,290 square foot building on 12.37 acres.
The building will be used by Oak Creek-based NeoBrake for an expansion of its manufacturing of brakes and braking components.
