CSS Commercial, LLC purchased a 19,600 square foot industrial building on 1.32 acres located at 21700 Doral Road in Brookfield. The buyer is an affiliate of Innovative Signs, Inc., which will move into the building from its current location across the street on Doral Road in mid-2021.
“The purchase of this building will allow us to double manufacturing in the next 2-3 years, and fulfil our desire to be the No. 1 sign company in southeast Wisconsin,” said Chad Schultz, president and owner of Innovative Signs. “We have great clients that are growing. We want to grow with them.”
