Former Pereles Bros. Building Sold; To Be Used For Beer Distribution and Brewery

PARADIGM Real Estate represented Luna Capital Management, LLC in the purchase of a 45,818 square foot industrial manufacturing building on 7.217 acres from Pereles Bros., Inc. The building, located  at 5840 N 60th St., will be leased to Brew City Distribution, with future plans for a brewery and tap room with beer garden.
