What We’re Watching — Capital events and demand drivers for Q2
ID Logistics / Nutrabolt Lease
A 375,000 SF lease at the Omega Hills Business Park in Germantown — one of the largest industrial deals of early 2026 — pulls a recently completed F Street spec warehouse off the market. Nutrabolt (C4 Energy) will use the building for warehousing and distribution.
Server Products West Bend Campus
West Bend’s Common Council unanimously approved an 11-acre sale to Server Products. The Richfield-based manufacturer plans a 32.8-acre campus combining manufacturing, office, and distribution space.
Construction Pipeline Leads Region
At 605,140 SF underway, Washington County leads Southeast Wisconsin in active industrial construction — ahead of Waukesha (537K) and Kenosha (445K). Look for absorption traction as new product delivers.
