Remy Battery is expanding its Milwaukee-area operations into a neighboring industrial building located at 4333 W. Lincoln Ave in West Milwaukee. The 8,270 square foot facility will be used to expand the company’s growing battery cable and wire manufacturing operations, allowing the addition of new processing equipment and warehousing for the increased demand.
An affiliate of Remy Battery purchased the property from the former owner of Becker Precision Casting, which had occupied the building since it was constructed in 1957. Matt Friedman & Jim Johnson of PARADIGM Real Estate facilitated the transaction.
Remy Battery supplies OEM accounts with custom battery cable and wire in the agricultural equipment, battery back-up systems, construction equipment, material handling, generator, golf carts, lawn & garden equipment, lift truck and scissor lift markets. This recent acquisition increases the presence that Remy Battery has had at 43rd St. and Lincoln Ave. since 1947. The company has served the Milwaukee area since 1931.
PARADIGM Real Estate is a Wisconsin-based brokerage and consulting firm specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and commercial properties in southeast Wisconsin since 2013.
