PARADIGM Real Estate represented JLO, LLC in the sale of two adjacent buildings consisting of 6,906 square feet located at 2129 & 2141 S 55th St in West Allis to Creative Properties, LLC.
The 1,500 square foot office building and 5,406 warehouse were previously occupied by State Painting Co., which recently relocated to a 13,968 square foot facility in at 16055 W Ryerson Rd in New Berlin.
