THE PROBLEM

The municipality rezoned the property to office, despite the property’s former highest & best use as retail. During a police chase in 2017, a car drove into the front of the building and inflicted major damage.

THE SOLUTION

There were many interested buyers over the years, but few who fit within the new zoning parameters of the site. PARADIGM continued working diligently to find a buyer who could meet the new zoning. The persistence paid off!

THE TIMING

During the 2020 Pandemic, PARADIGM navigated this transaction through to a successful closing on Friday, March 20th, 2020.
