The City of Milwaukee has purchased a 106,500-square-foot industrial manufacturing property situated on 10.57 acres at 3282 N 35th St. for a future Milwaukee Department of Public Works facility.
The property will support the City’s continued investment in infrastructure, municipal operations, and long-term operational efficiency. The site’s industrial configuration, central location, and large acreage made it well suited for the City’s planned use.
