Sorensen Properties, LLC purchased an 8,042 square foot building located at 13198 W National Avenue in New Berlin, Wisconsin from Steggeman Investments, LLC. The property will be utilized by Misurelli Sorensen HVAC as offices and storage for its residential service division.
