November 2014 – PARADIGM Real Estate sold a 14,000 Sq. Ft.
industrial multi-tenant building at 240 Info Highway Court in
Slinger, Wisconsin to RJG Properties LLC. Central Bark of
Washington County will relocate from its existing location to
occupy half of the building.
October 2014 – PARADIGM Real Estate sold a 28,000 Sq. Ft.
industrial multi-tenant building at W208 N16900 Center Street in
Jackson, Wisconsin to Spabau Realty LLC. The building will be
subdivided for various dog-related uses.
September 2014 – PARADIGM Real Estate leased 41,826 Sq. Ft.
of flex data center space at 3701 W. Burnham Street in Milwaukee
to Cosentry Wisconsin LLC. Cosentry recently acquired Red
Anvil and is planning a large data center expansion.
August 2014 – PARADIGM Real Estate sold an 11,000 Sq. Ft.
industrial building at 3628 W. Pierce Street in Milwaukee to
TransCenter for Youth Inc for its Escuela Verde. The site is ideal
for the School because it is next to the Ecology Center overlooking
the Menomonee Valley.
